Program Manager, Technical Delivery

About the role

We are seeking a Principal Program Manager, Technical Delivery to lead complex cross-functional programs for strategic cloud infrastructure clients, focusing on OCI services and AI workloads.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate technical delivery programs, translating customer demand into actionable plans with milestones, dependencies, and risk management.
• Drive execution across multiple teams, including customer management, engineering, data centers, networking, and operations.
• Establish delivery governance, track dependencies, identify risks, and develop mitigation strategies to ensure timely, predictable delivery.
• Collaborate with demand, capacity, and infrastructure teams to align plans with operational readiness and capacity constraints.
• Provide visibility into delivery health and facilitate decision-making to meet customer commitments.
• Enhance delivery processes, tools, dashboards, and metrics for improved efficiency.
• Work with geographically distributed teams, ensuring alignment of priorities and execution standards.

Requirements

• Experience in technical program management, cloud infrastructure delivery, and stakeholder engagement.
• Strong communication, analytical, operational, and technical skills, with executive presence.

Qualifications

Preferred: hands-on background in data center or network engineering, with ability to translate dependencies into actionable plans.
