Program Manager, Technical Delivery

Job Summary We are seeking a Principal Program Manager, Technical Delivery to lead complex cross-functional programs for strategic cloud infrastructure clients, focusing on OCI services and AI workloads. Key Responsibilities Lead and coordinate technical delivery programs, translating customer demand into actionable plans with milestones, dependencies, and risk management.Drive execution across multiple teams, including customer management, engineering, data centers, networking, and operations.Establish delivery governance, track dependencies, identify risks, and develop mitigation strategies to ensure timely, predictable delivery.Collaborate with demand, capacity, and infrastructure teams to align plans with operational readiness and capacity constraints.Provide visibility into delivery health and facilitate decision-making to meet customer commitments.Enhance delivery processes, tools, dashboards, and metrics for improved efficiency.Work with geographically distributed teams, ensuring alignment of priorities and execution standards. Qualifications & Skills Experience in technical program management, cloud infrastructure delivery, and stakeholder engagement.Strong communication, analytical, operational, and technical skills, with executive presence.Preferred: hands-on background in data center or network engineering, with ability to translate dependencies into actionable plans.
