About the role
Responsible for managing and overseeing the development and implementation of signals intelligence (SIGINT), integrated radar (IR), and electronic warfare (EW) programs. This includes strategic planning, resource allocation, and ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive program plans for SIGINT, IR, and EW initiatives.
- Oversee project timelines, budgets, and resource management to ensure timely completion of projects.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, operations, and legal departments to address technical and regulatory challenges.
- Ensure adherence to industry standards and best practices in SIGINT, IR, and EW.
- Manage relationships with government agencies and contractors to secure funding and support for ongoing projects.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback to team members to enhance program effectiveness.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in program management, preferably in SIGINT, IR, and EW domains.
- Proven track record of successfully managing complex projects from conception to completion.
- Strong leadership skills and ability to motivate and mentor a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
- Knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, and ethical considerations in SIGINT, IR, and EW.
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field preferred.
- Experience with project management methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management software.
- Understanding of cybersecurity principles and their application in SIGINT, IR, and EW environments.

Pay
Salary range: $80,000 - $120,000 annually, depending on experience and qualifications.
