Program Manager, Performance Improvement (Rideout)

Responsibilities

• Leads, facilitates, executes, coaches, consults, and educates process improvement teams.
• Directs organizational deployment of performance improvement, including mentoring, scorecard tracking, and reporting.
• Supervises personnel with discretion and independent judgment.
• Manages large programs with substantial budget or impact.
• Determines tactical approaches, resources, schedules, and goals while applying advanced technical knowledge to solve complex problems.

Requirements

• Education and Work Experience: Bachelor's degree in Nursing, Healthcare Administration, Public Health, or equivalent combination of education/related experience.
• Five years' of healthcare experience in quality, patient safety, risk management, or performance improvement.
• Two years' of healthcare experience in quality, patient safety, risk management, or performance improvement.
• Two years' of direct leadership experience (e.g. supervising, managing, or coordinating people or teams) in healthcare or related setting.
• Licenses/Certifications: Six Sigma Black Belt and Lean Certification: Required within two years of hire. CCMP or Prosci certification: Required within 2 yeas of hire.

Additional individual compensation may be available for this role through differentials, extra shift incentives, bonuses, etc. Base pay is only a portion of the total rewards package, and a comprehensive benefits program is available for qualifying positions.
