About the role
Program Manager, Nursing Professional Practice Mental Health at LOH Naperville. Full time position with hours from 8a-4:30p.
Responsibilities
- Leading initiatives to enhance nursing excellence, culture, professional development, and evidence-based practice.
- Collaborating with leadership, quality, accreditation, and IT to align nursing metrics with organizational goals, improving patient outcomes, safety, and workflow efficiency.
- Overseeing change management, NDNQI data reporting, developing the annual nursing report, and supporting budget planning for accreditation programs.
- Managing the Behavioral Health Nurse Residency Program to ensure evidence-based transition-to-practice for new nurses.
- Partnering with nursing leaders to translate data into actions, fostering a culture of safety and continuous improvement.
Qualifications & Skills
- Master's Degree or higher in nursing.
- Current Illinois RN licensure, CPR or RQI certification.
- 3-5 years of behavioral healthcare experience.
- Desired skills include performance improvement and data analysis.
