Position: Program Manager, Nursing Professional Practice Mental Health Location: LOH Naperville Type: Full Time Hours: 8a-4:30p Responsibilities Include Leading initiatives to enhance nursing excellence, culture, professional development, and evidence-based practice.Collaborating with leadership, quality, accreditation, and IT to align nursing metrics with organizational goals, improving patient outcomes, safety, and workflow efficiency.Overseeing change management, NDNQI data reporting, developing the annual nursing report, and supporting budget planning for accreditation programs.Managing the Behavioral Health Nurse Residency Program to ensure evidence-based transition-to-practice for new nurses.Partnering with nursing leaders to translate data into actions, fostering a culture of safety and continuous improvement. Qualifications & Skills Master’s Degree or higher in nursing.Current Illinois RN licensure, CPR or RQI certification.3-5 years of behavioral healthcare experience.Desired skills include performance improvement and data analysis.
