Program Manager, Nursing Professional Practice - Mental Health

Responsibilities

• Lead nursing excellence initiatives, improve clinical practices, and enhance patient safety and outcomes.
• Collaborate with leadership to align metrics with organizational goals, oversee data reporting, and contribute to accreditation and budget planning.
• Manage the Behavioral Health Nurse Residency Program to ensure smooth transition for new nurses into mental health roles.
• Drive change management and support a culture of safety and evidence-based practice.
• Foster nursing development, utilize data for practice improvements, and collaborate with leadership to achieve strategic goals.
• Ensure quality care delivery and promote a culture of continuous improvement.

Qualifications & Skills

• Master’s degree in nursing.
• Illinois RN licensure.
• CPR/RQI certification.
• 3-5 years of behavioral healthcare experience.
• Experience in performance improvement and data analysis is preferred.
