Responsibilities
- End-to-end program management across marketing, media, staffing, and events for Tier 1 retail partners
- Full-funnel marketing strategy development and execution
- Budget management (working and non-working)
- Campaign planning, partner co-marketing, and seasonal activations
- Media planning and coordination with agencies and internal teams
- Content and asset management
- Data interpretation, reporting, and storytelling for leadership and partners
Requirements
- Senior-level program management—end-to-end ownership of complex, multi-workstream programs across marketing, media, staffing, and events
- Proactive problem-solving—anticipates risks, flags issues early, and drives solutions
- Stakeholder management (broad and diverse)—proven ability to navigate and align a wide range of internal teams and external partners
- Full-funnel marketing strategy development—experience building and executing marketing strategies across awareness, consideration, and conversion
- Budget management (working and non-working)—experience managing marketing budgets across both working media investments and non-working spend
- Retail marketing program execution—campaign planning, partner co-marketing, and seasonal activations
- Media planning and coordination—understanding of paid and owned media channels in a retail and partner context; liaising with media agencies and internal media teams
- Content and asset management—coordinating development and delivery of marketing collateral, creative assets, and sales tools
- Data interpretation and analysis—ability to read, synthesize, and act on performance data
- Reporting and storytelling—translating data into clear narratives and recommendations for leadership and partners
- Cross-functional communication—clear and concise communication across all levels, including executive stakeholders, field teams, and external partners
- Organizational rigor—managing multiple concurrent workstreams, product lines, timelines, and deliverables in a fast-paced environment
Qualifications
- Experience working with big box retailers
- Background in the technology and/or consumer electronics industry
- Agency management experience
Location: Burlingame, CA
Pay
The salary for this position is between $185,000 - $208,000 annually. Factors which may affect pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
