Program Manager, Hospital Partnerships

About the role

The Program Manager, Hospital Partnerships (PMHP) at OneLegacy is a field-based position focused on overseeing donation programs within hospitals and fostering a positive culture of donation. This role involves collaborating with healthcare professionals, developing customized donation programs, and ensuring compliance with federal and state guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Implement and manage customized hospital organ, eye and tissue donation programs.
• Strategize with hospital partners to achieve Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) benchmarks.
• Establish working relationships with physician groups to provide support services for active referrals and donors.
• Identify educational opportunities within hospital and physician groups and conduct education to meet or exceed CMS conditions of participation.
• Manage the donation process to fruition, analyze and present donation metrics, conduct educational in-services, and address challenges in real time to support the donation process.
• Develop internal OneLegacy relationships through training and interdisciplinary collaboration to address performance improvement.
• Collaborate with eye and tissue bank representatives in assigned hospitals, if applicable.
• Support OneLegacy signature events as required.

Requirements

• Education: Bachelor’s degree or 2 years of Organ Procurement Organization (OPO) experience.
• Experience: Compliance and regulatory experience preferred.
• Certification & License: Current California driver’s license and current vehicle insurance required.
