Job Description
As a Project Manager in this role, you will oversee the transition of a medium-sized IT system to a new program, ensuring seamless migration and minimal disruption to ongoing operations.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the transition of a medium-sized IT system to a new program, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
- Oversee all aspects of IT modernization and transformation initiatives, including planning, execution, and delivery.
- Cook up and manage resources across Windows and Linux servers, Kubernetes clusters, storage appliances, desktops, and associated management software.
- Implement and maintain IT Service Management best practices throughout the project lifecycle.
- Apply Agile Project Management methodologies to ensure timely and efficient project delivery.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and vendors to ensure project objectives are met.
- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and develop mitigation strategies.
- Communicate project status, milestones, and deliverables to stakeholders and leadership.
- Ensure compliance with organizational policies, security standards, and industry best practices.
- Drive continuous improvement and innovation throughout the IT transition process.
Requirements
- Familiarity with IT Service Management frameworks and Agile project management methodologies.
- Experience with system migrations, particularly involving hybrid environments of both Windows and Linux.
- Exposure to container orchestration platforms such as Kubernetes, as well as hands-on knowledge of storage solutions and endpoint management tools.
- A background in leading IT modernization or transformation initiatives, especially those requiring coordination across multiple technology domains.

- 10 to 12+ years of experience in the following areas:
- DevSecOps
- Agile Scrum Project Management
- IT Transformation Planning
- Technology Strategy Planning

The base pay range for this position in these locations is shown below. Compensation for roles at Accenture Federal Services varies depending on a wide array of factors, including but not limited to office location, role, skill set, and level of experience. The pay range for the states of California, Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maine, Maryland, Massachusetts, Minnesota, New Jersey, New York, Vermont, Virginia, Washington, and the District of Columbia, and the city of Cleveland is: $149,500 - $313,100 USD
