Program Manager

About the role

Oversee and manage multiple Agile projects and cross-functional teams. Facilitate program planning, PI planning, sprint reviews, and stakeholder communications. Track program progress, dependencies, risks, and impediments. Drive Agile transformation and adoption of Scrum, Kanban, or SAFe practices. Collaborate with Product Managers, Engineering teams, and business stakeholders to ensure successful delivery. Monitor program metrics, budgets, timelines, and resource allocation.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage multiple Agile projects and cross-functional teams.

Requirements

• 5-10 years of experience as an Agile Program Manager.
• Deep capital markets Brokerage product – Acquisition domain knowledge.
• Strong knowledge of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe).
• Experience with tools such as Azure DevOps, Jira, or Rally.
• Excellent leadership, communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, or a related field.
