Program Manager

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary onsite point of contact for the Client and liaison with MSA Management
• Ensure timely resolution of staff performance issues, including adherence to policies and procedures, tardiness, absence and / or violation of the Customer’s policies and procedures
• Ensure contract operations are executed in a professional manner, in adherence to all policies and procedures
• Manage and monitor employees to ensure all contract compliance requirements are met; design and implement internal audit and recordkeeping process
• Review TTPs (Tactics, Techniques, and Procedures) for security enhancements and submit recommendations for improvement
• Coverage of facility issues, maintain knowledge of the infrastructure

Qualifications (must Have)

• Minimum of four (4) years of experience as a canine handler with MSA Security
• Minimum of four (4) years of experience in law enforcement or military operations in a supervisory/management-level position
• Excellent communications skills, both oral and written
• Capable of delegating tasks and from time to time meet with stakeholders along with the General Services Administration
• Demonstrate proficiency with conflict resolution techniques
• Able to collaborate with other departments to fulfill business needs
• Able to evaluate program effectiveness and ensure operation efficiency and quality control

$90k to $95k per year
