What You’ll Do
- Lead multiple digital programs and web-based initiatives with a focus on client satisfaction, measurable performance, and sustainable growth.
- Own project plans, roadmaps, requirements, timelines, budgets, dependencies, risks, and delivery milestones.
- Serve as a primary point of contact between clients, internal operations teams, technical partners, and external vendors.
- Build and maintain productive relationships with technology and service providers, including onboarding, performance reviews, compliance expectations, and ongoing communication.
- Gather business requirements and turn them into clear project scopes, implementation plans, and feature priorities.
- Cook up internal teams across areas such as technology, support, finance, and operations to ensure projects are delivered effectively.
- Maintain program health, resolve open issues, manage scope changes, and develop contingency plans when needed.
- Lead quality assurance activities and support the successful rollout of new features, enhancements, and digital solutions.
- Analyze program, website, and product performance using available reporting and analytics tools.
- Prepare recurring KPI reports and provide insights that support informed business decisions.
- Identify opportunities to improve lead generation, user experience, digital conversion, and operational efficiency.
- Facilitate regular status meetings with stakeholders, clients, and vendor partners.
What You Bring
- At least five years of experience managing digital marketing, website, eCommerce, or technology-focused programs.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple concurrent projects while balancing quality, budget, scope, and timelines.
- Strong client-facing communication skills and confidence presenting to stakeholders and leadership teams.
- A detail-oriented, proactive approach with strong ownership and follow-through.
- Experience with digital platforms, website performance, analytics, and technology solution delivery.
- Knowledge of website architecture, user experience, conversion optimization, and best practices for customer-facing digital experiences.
- Familiarity with lead generation, digital commerce workflows, merchandising, and online customer journeys.
- Working knowledge of SEO, including on-page optimization, technical SEO, local SEO, and performance measurement.
- Experience with tagging and analytics tools such as Google Tag Manager, event tracking, and conversion tracking.
- Understanding of accessibility standards, brand compliance, and digital governance requirements.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to turn data into practical recommendations.
Qualifications
Automotive industry experience is preferred.
