Program Manager/Account Manager

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Program/ Account Manager to serve as the primary customer interface while leading the successful introduction, ramp-up, and ongoing management of PCB and PCBA manufacturing programs. This role combines strategic account management responsibilities with program management leadership to ensure customer satisfaction, business growth, operational excellence, and successful product launches. The ideal candidate will possess strong knowledge of PCB fabrication and PCBA assembly processes, exceptional customer relationship skills, and proven experience managing cross-functional manufacturing programs from quotation through production and sustained lifecycle support. This individual will act as the central link between customers, sales, engineering, supply chain, quality, operations, and manufacturing partners to ensure customer objectives are achieved while meeting company targets for quality, delivery, cost, and profitability. This position is an in-office role at our San Jose, CA office location.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and strengthen long-term customer relationships.
