About the role
Castle Biosciences Inc. is growing, and we are looking to hire a full-time Program Manager working from our Friendswood, TX Headquarters with a start date on or before August 15th, 2026.
Responsibilities
- Helps drive successful execution of key business initiatives by coordinating projects, people, and priorities across multiple teams.
- Fosters collaboration, maintains clear communication, and ensures stakeholders stay informed on progress and challenges.
- Works closely with business partners and leadership, identifying potential risks, adapting to changing priorities, and helping teams navigate obstacles with practical, solutions-focused thinking.
- Stays organized, builds strong relationships, and brings teams together to achieve shared goals.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree; or equivalent specialty certification such as PMP
- Three (3) years of project management or related experience
- Strong familiarity with project management software tools, methodologies, and best practices
- Proven ability to complete projects according to outlined scope, budget, and timeline
