About the role

The Manager, Program Management is responsible for managing key aspects of the client relationship to effectively implement current messaging solutions and grow the business for various ConnectiveRx accounts. This role acts as a point of contact for clients on day-to-day requests, requiring a high level of understanding of internal ConnectiveRx end-to-end processes and solutions.
Responsibilities
- Manages highly responsive day-to-day direct client contact by responding to requests or initiating contacts that result in excellent execution and delivery of ConnectiveRx solutions.
- Develops effective client-facing communications including marketing and sales representations and account status updates.
- Completes Requests for Proposals and Statements of Work with guidance from the Business Development executive, gathering information from internal resources and ensuring completion and review by appropriate approvers.
- Provides input into the annual renewal process and coordinates program setup with internal teams and clients.
- Monitors and reports on program performance, develops and shares account activity/status updates, reporting, and invoicing.
- Develops and runs reports on financials or performance to respond to client and internal needs across ConnectiveRx at an enterprise level, analyzes outputs, and recommends actionable steps for clients or ConnectiveRx.
- Contributes to the implementation of the account management strategy and makes recommendations for sales planning, revenue growth, process, or service improvements based on client relationships, competitive environment, and analytic data.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.
- 3–5 years in account management with client relationship management responsibility or related sales experience in life sciences or a related healthcare service provider industry.
- Strong knowledge of and ability to complete Requests for Proposals (RFPs).
- Strong knowledge of contracting processes and ability to route Statements of Work (SOWs), Purchase Orders (POs), Insertion Orders (IOs), etc.
- Broad knowledge of target marketing, preferably in healthcare-related fields such as affordability products, services, and client brand strategy.
- Working knowledge of Med Legal Review (MLR) processes.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Intermediate to expert proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, specifically Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Proactive, results-driven, and self-motivated.
- Ability to effectively prioritize deliverables across time zones and multiple geographies and manage time to ensure critical items are resolved.

Pay
Posted Salary Range: USD $72,500.00 – USD $85,200.00 per year.
