About the Role

Responsibilities
- Understand program scope, participate in planning milestones, and align with business and budgetary requirements.
- Identify and secure participation from cross-functional teams for effective program integration and execution.
- Develop and maintain detailed program plans, ensuring accurate and up-to-date program documentation.
- Schedule and manage workstreams for comprehensive program deployment from start to finish.
- Manage program critical paths and dependencies, while developing goals and success criteria with stakeholders.
- Analyze risks, establish contingency plans, and take corrective actions to mitigate potential program disruptions.
- Allocate resources efficiently to support program objectives and assist in forecasting budget and resource needs.
- Escalate issues timely for management review and balance program scope, time, and costs effectively.
- Consistently exercise independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance.
- Regular, consistent, and punctual attendance; ability to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) as necessary.
- Understand and apply Comcast's Operating Principles as guidelines for how you perform your job.
- Own the customer experience by putting customers first and providing seamless digital options at every touchpoint.

Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree (preferred) or a combination of relevant coursework and extensive professional experience.
- 7-10 years of relevant work experience.

Pay
This role can be performed in Colorado and Illinois with a pay range of $92,922.36 - $153,321.89. Comcast intends to offer the selected candidate base pay within this range, dependent on job-related, non-discriminatory factors such as experience.
Base pay is one part of the Total Rewards that Comcast provides. Most sales positions are eligible for a Commission, while most non-sales positions are eligible for a Bonus. Additionally, Comcast provides best-in-class benefits to eligible employees.
