Program Management Support with Security Clearance

About the role

RTI Consulting, LLC is seeking key personnel for a proposal that RTI Consulting, LLC is priming. The role requires a current DoD Top Secret Security Clearance with SCI or SCI Eligible.

Responsibilities

• Provide oral and written presentations
• Assist with strategic-level issues, agile acquisition policies and procedures, acquisition planning, formulating negotiation strategies, analyzing cost and price data, developing negotiation objectives, and negotiating various contract types
• Develop and maintain visual graphics (e.g., Process Flow Charts, graphical briefing charts)
• Develop and maintain websites for ongoing efforts (e.g., ULO tracking)

Requirements

• DAWIA Practitioner Certification in Program Management (or experience, education and training equivalent to a DAWIA Practitioner certification in Program Management)
• A minimum of six (6) years of experience in program management in support of acquisitions
• Expert knowledge of DoD Program Management procedures
• Knowledge of FAR and DFARS
• Proven experience in acquisitions for a variety of products and services
• Proficient Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Proven visual graphics experience
• Proven website development experience

Qualifications

• Minimum of six (6) years of experience in program management in support of acquisitions with a DAWIA Practitioner certification
