About the role
Provides program management support directly to an Assistant Program Manager within a Navy cybersecurity program office. Engages with multiple stakeholders across engineering, acquisition, finance, contracts, and logistics functions. Develops comprehensive briefings and communicates program status to Navy leadership. Tracks critical action items, schedules, costs, and performance metrics. Analyzes requirements, budgets, and schedules to perform management and business case analyses. Collects, organizes, and interprets data using advanced visualization techniques tailored to various audiences.

Requirements
- Experience applying data management, data analysis, and data visualization techniques
- Experience in providing specialized project management support for a Department of Defense acquisition program
- Knowledge of Microsoft applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- Ability to work independently and as a team member to manage schedule, cost, and performance metrics
- Able to apply excellent organizational and critical thinking skills
- Able to travel up to 20% of the time
Qualifications
- Secret clearance
- High school diploma or GED and 9+ years of experience in project management
- Associate's degree and 7+ years of experience in project management
- Bachelor's degree and 3+ years of experience in project management
Skills
- Experience working within a Navy cybersecurity program office
- Experience conducting organizational studies and work simplification measurements
- Knowledge of the Risk Management Framework
- Ability to prepare operations and procedures manuals to assist management in operating efficiently
- Top Secret clearance
- Master’s degree
- CompTIA Security+ Certification
- PMI PMP Certification

Pay
The projected compensation range for this position is $55,300.00 to $126,000.00 (annualized USD).
Schedule
Remote: If this position is listed as remote, there may still be occasions when you are required to work in person at a Booz Allen or customer facility.
Hybrid: If this position is listed as hybrid, you will be expected to work from a Booz Allen facility frequently, in alignment with leadership expectations and the needs of the role.
Onsite: If this position is listed as onsite, work will primarily be performed at a Booz Allen office or customer facility, where employees will collaborate directly with colleagues and customers as required by the role.
