Program Management Analyst

As a program management specialist, you’ll help ensure project success through careful analysis and effective communication. This role supports training, workforce development, and HR programs with day-to-day coordination, reporting, stakeholder engagement, event support, and briefing development. You’ll coordinate leadership development programs, mandatory training, and workforce initiatives while facilitating stakeholder communication forums under Government direction. Additionally, you’ll develop communication products and briefing materials to support program goals and quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Execute multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously
• Develop polished PowerPoint presentations and briefing materials
• Communicate with employees, supervisors, stakeholders, senior leaders, and Government civilians
• Coordinate and facilitate stakeholder meetings, working groups, communities of practice, and recurring forums under Government direction
• Support leadership development programs, mandatory training, and workforce development initiatives
• Develop communication products and briefing materials for training and workforce development programs

Requirements

• Experience in executing multiple tasks and deadlines at the same time
• Experience in developing polished PowerPoint presentations and briefing materials
• Ability to communicate with employees, supervisors, stakeholders, senior leaders, and Government civilians
• Ability to coordinate and facilitate stakeholder meetings, working groups, communities of practice, and recurring forums under Government direction
• Ability to obtain a Secret clearance
• HS diploma or GED

Nice to Have

• Experience with leadership development support
• Experience with learning management systems or training tracking systems
• Experience with learning development tools such as Articulate Rise or similar curriculum tools
• Experience with event planning or workshop coordination
• Experience with HR, workforce development, organizational development, or employee development programs
• Knowledge of training and development program support
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Pay

Salary is determined by various factors, including location, education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $55,300.00 to $126,000.00 (annualized USD).

Schedule

This role may be remote, hybrid, or onsite:

• Remote: Primarily virtual, with occasional in-person work at a Booz Allen or customer facility.
• Hybrid: Frequent work from a Booz Allen facility, with potential visits to customer facilities as needed.
• Onsite: Work primarily performed at a Booz Allen office or customer facility, collaborating directly with colleagues and customers.

Employees working virtually are generally expected to have their cameras on during meetings to support engagement and effective communication.
