Program Management Analyst

About the role

The Program Management Analyst supports routine and complex program and financial management tasks. This role works closely with RSD PD, CHENG, and Project Leads to establish task planning processes (TPSs) in NEPS. The analyst also documents timelines, facilitates stakeholder meetings, coordinates with BFM(s), and provides general assistance to project leads.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain professional templates, conventions, and how-to guides for task planning processes.
• Document general and specific timelines for the process, including internal milestones.
• Ensure maximum commonality across the portfolio, aligning with unique variations as necessary.
• Execute TPS-related processes, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and configuration control.
• Facilitate meetings with Dahlgren stakeholders to coordinate inputs and communicate processes.
• Input data into NEPS and perform quality assurance checks.
• Maintain archived exports of NEPS data.
• Cook up TPS data with BFM(s) for portfolio alignment between task planning and financial planning.
• Provide general assistance to PD, CHENG, and Project Leads, coordinating meetings, documenting action items, and developing/presenting materials.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree preferred, HS Diploma or GED equivalent required.
• Five (5+) years of experience in collecting, reviewing, and analyzing information in support of programs.
• Demonstrated experience in procurement support, program planning, logistics, and program cost analysis.
• Intermediate to advanced level skills in Microsoft Office software suite - Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, stand, walk, twist, bend, and squat for prolonged periods.

Qualifications

• Must currently hold a Secret security clearance at the Secret level.
• US Citizenship is required for Secret clearance at this location.
