About the role
The Pediatric Residential Program provides care to children and adolescents with behavioral challenges. It specializes in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) based intensive residential treatment to minimize problem behaviors and assist with activities of daily living. The Program Manager oversees and supervises Program Associates.
Responsibilities
- Support, monitor, and supervise Program Associates within the program.
- Design, implement, monitor, and evaluate community support services to help individuals live as valued, contributing, and self-determined members of their community.
- Possess the physical, mental, and emotional capabilities to successfully supervise a diverse team.
- Require problem-solving, flexibility, independent thinking, organization, prioritization of duties, excellent communication, and relationship-building skills.
Requirements
- Graduated from an accredited college with a BA in Occupational Therapy, Physical Therapy, Speech/Language Pathology, Social Work, Recreation, Art, Dance, Music, Physical Education, Nutrition, Sociology, Special Education, Rehabilitation Counseling, or Psychology.
- At least one year of experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities or brain injuries.
- Prior management experience and a strong desire to work with neurologically-challenged individuals.

Pay
$64,584 - $65,894 annually.
