Responsibilities
- Facilitate efficient oversight of rehabilitation services in assigned accounts.
- Aid in ensuring successful coordination of services, high-quality customer relations, and informed referral sources.
- Maintain the highest standard of rehabilitation services and coordinate with leadership when support is needed.
- Assist therapy staff in delivering rehab services effectively and efficiently, adhering to established plans, schedules, and documentation.
- Provide direct patient care and routine customer relations touch points to ensure customer satisfaction and continued referral flow.
- Make referrals to other disciplines or agencies to address comprehensive patient needs.
- Support the delivery of high-quality rehab services through resource utilization, clinical program promotion, and staff development.
- Coordinate Powerback Rehabilitation personnel and consultants within facility or home care contracts.
- Maintain evidence-based care, adherence to care delivery standards, and practice act compliance.
- Oversight of clinical management, including case management, quality improvement, care planning, clinical utilization, and patient identification.
- Identify and remove barriers to treatment, seek support when clinical education is required, and assist in coordinating daily staffing and utilization.
- Aid in maintaining relationships with facility management teams and staff as a representative of Powerback Rehabilitation.
- Perform other related duties as required.
Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant Program certified by the American Physical Therapy Association.
- Licensed and/or eligible for licensure as required by the state of practice.
