• Serve as the primary point of connection between the therapy team and the Director of Rehab.
• Emphasize program leadership rather than people management, offering growth without stepping away from clinical practice.

Qualifications

• Graduate from a therapy program.
• Current license or ability to obtain as a therapist or therapy assistant in the state of practice.
