Director of Rehab / Program Manager (PTA / COTA)

Job Summary

Aegis Therapies, a leading provider of rehabilitation and wellness services, is seeking a Director of Rehabilitation to lead their team at the Liberty Village of Peoria - Peoria, IL location. The ideal candidate will possess a current license in PT, OT, or SLP and a minimum of 1 year of experience as a treating therapist or therapy assistant, with a minimum of 3 years of experience preferred. Additionally, they must have a minimum of 1 year of therapy management experience and currently hold or be able to obtain the Current Documentation Auditor (CDA) credential.

About the Role

The Director of Rehabilitation plays a critical role in ensuring the clinical quality, integrity, and service excellence of the rehabilitation program. They are responsible for planning, developing, implementing, and monitoring appropriate provision, documentation, billing, and customer relations of clinical services. They also identify and implement growth opportunities across the CCRC community and evaluate the effectiveness of employees and ongoing programs.

Qualifications

• Possess and maintain a current license in the state of practice; Physical Therapy / Physical Therapy Assistant, Occupational Therapy / Occupational Therapy Assistant, or Speech-Language Pathology program
• Minimum 1 year of experience as a treating therapist or therapy assistant; minimum 3 years of experience preferred
• Minimum 1 year of therapy management experience
• Currently Credentialed Documentation Auditor (CDA) or ability to become credentialed within six (6) months

Pay and Schedule

Salaried Position
$110,000 per year (based on experience/location)
