About the role

The Lead Rehabilitation Services position at Providence Medford Medical Center is a Full-Time, Day Schedule role.

Responsibilities

• Spend up to 20% of time in administrative duties to support clinic daily operations.
• Provide direct patient care therapy for the service area (80% of time or more).

Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's, or Ph.D. in Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, Speech Language Pathology, or Audiology from an accredited program.
• Current Oregon license for the relevant therapy field.
• National Provider BLS certification from the American Heart Association.
• Criminal background check required upon hire.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a therapist.
• Preferred qualifications include membership in professional associations and supervisory experience.

Pay

The base pay range for this position is $49.50 - $78.16 per hour. Additional compensation may be available.
