Rehab Services Lead
Summary
Leads therapy team members by demonstrating and providing advanced knowledge of job responsibilities.
Responsibilities
- Aids in the development, implementation, and evaluation of departmental policies and procedures.
- Mentors, monitors, coaches, and evaluates therapy team performance in operations and quality management.
- Serves as a positive role model for team members by promoting teamwork and cooperation.
- Takes responsibility for, or provides guidance to team members on, the handling of complex or novel issues.
- Requires critical thinking skills, decisive judgement, and the ability to work with minimal supervision.
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and take appropriate action.
Requirements
- Occupational Therapist - State Licensed
- Licensed Physical Therapist - State Licensed
- Licensed Athletic Trainer
- Licensed Speech Language Pathologist
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, Speech-Language Pathology or related program.
- Required Licensure/Certification: Registration or certification in professional field if applicable. State licensure in professional field if required by law.
- Minimum Experience: 1 year of relevant experience.
- BLS through the American Heart Association or the American Red Cross CPR for the Professional Rescuer with card in-hand before start date. BLS or CPR card must be good through sixty days of hire.
Pay
Pay is dependent on applicant's relevant experience. Pay range: $44.33 - $66.50 / hour.
Schedule
Full Time, 80.00 hours per pay period (2 weeks).
