Responsibilities

• Hands-on Caregiving: Assist with activities of daily living such as bathing, grooming, toileting, and hygiene as per the individual service plan.
• Mobility Support: Use mobility devices safely and practice transfer and ambulation techniques.
• Group Home Leadership: Lead group home meetings and communicate updates to residents, staff, and the organization.
• Hiring and Staffing: Collaborate with HR in hiring, retaining, disciplining, and terminating employees to maintain adequate staffing levels.
• Documentation: Complete all required paperwork related to assigned tasks.
• Home Maintenance: Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment through housekeeping duties and laundry management.
• Meal Preparation: Prepare and serve meals according to nutritional guidelines and individual dietary needs.
• Social Activities: Assist and provide physical assistance during social and recreational activities.
