Program Director of Single Site Supportive Housing

The Program Director is responsible for the oversight of DePaul's Single Site Supportive Housing, ensuring quality care for tenants, effective training and supervision of staff, and completing necessary tracking and reporting requirements. Responsibilities

• Assist with the oversight and operation of Single Site Supportive Housing in designated region/area.
• Assist with the program start up at new Affordable Housing projects.
• Develops and maintains positive working relationship with various community service agencies including the local government unit, SPOA and Continuum of Care.
• Markets new and existing programs to ensure that proper census is maintained.
• Conducts audits to ensure that appropriate tenant records are maintained.
• Adheres to and oversees program budget and reviews them for accuracy.
• Ensure that staff are properly trained and evaluated, including attending any required trainings.
