Program Director - Cyber Execution & Operations

This role will lead operational priorities focused on execution quality, efficiency, safety, and measurable performance outcomes in the healthcare sector. You will collaborate with field leadership, support functions, and cross-functional stakeholders to improve accountability, service delivery, and operational consistency. The position offers the opportunity to influence operational scale, customer outcomes, and organizational performance.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Responsibilities

• Serve as a key interface with Cyber, IT, and business teams
• Plan, execute, and oversee programs to enhance operations
• Maintain thorough documentation for Office of the CISO processes
• Prepare and facilitate various types of meetings effectively
• Collaborate on reporting needs for strategic decision-making
• Manage Microsoft SharePoint/Teams content and structure
• Optimize budget forecasting and contracting

Qualifications

• 8+ years of relevant experience with a degree or 10+ years without a degree
• Professional certification in Project Portfolio Management, Program Management Professional, or Agile Certified Practitioner is required
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a proactive mindset
• Experience in cyber security and healthcare industries
• Ability to communicate complex technical concepts in business terms
• Familiarity with industry regulations (PCI, HIPAA, etc.)
• Strong Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel proficiency

Pay

$116,729 – $216,777 annually
