Program Manager-Cyber Operations

The Sponsor is seeking program management support for cyber operations programs.

Responsibilities

• Aid in the deployment of technical operational capabilities
• Develop and execute programmatic strategies for complex technical solutions
• Work in a team environment, managing a moderate, fast-paced workload
• Coordinate between technical development teams and operational stakeholders
• Support systems integration and engineering best practices
• Provide oversight of IT development teams
• Offer technical support and training to a broad client base, both technical and non-technical
• Understand and coordinate with emerging technical trends
• Support technical IT operations

Requirements

This position requires US Citizenship and an active U.S. Government Top Secret Security Clearance with a Full Scope Polygraph. Clearance Verification is required.

Qualifications

Experience with:

• Oversight of IT development teams
• Technical support and training
• Understanding of emerging technical trends
• Coordination between technical development teams and operational stakeholders
• Systems integration and best practices
• Systems engineering and best practices
• Supporting technical IT operations

Skills

Demonstrated experience with:

• Mobile communications infrastructure and technologies (highly desired)
