Program Director

The Little Gym is the world’s premier enrichment and physical development center for kids 4 months through 12 years, with over 300 locations globally. We help children develop confidence and skills through gymnastics-based programs in a fun, safe, and nurturing environment.

About the role

As part of our team, you will:

• Teach engaging classes using our proven curriculum and teaching method (training provided).
• Deliver outstanding customer service and create a welcoming membership experience.
• Maintain the high standards of The Little Gym International across all programs.
• Support the training and evaluation of fellow team members.

Requirements

• Enthusiasm for working with children and a willingness to embrace a fun, high-energy environment.
• Background in child development, physical education, or gymnastics is helpful but not required.
• Strong interpersonal skills—kids and parents should enjoy interacting with you.
• Ability to balance fun with professionalism and focus when needed.

$45,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year.
