Program Director

About the role

The Little Gym is looking for a Program Director to lead curriculum development, teach classes, and help grow the business. This role combines hands-on teaching with team leadership and customer service in a fun, child-focused environment.

Responsibilities

• Reinforce and lead the Core Values and Mission Statement of The Little Gym
• Understand the philosophy and program, and communicate information accurately and professionally to team and customers
• Teach gymnastics classes based on the proven curriculum and teaching method
• Develop, grow, and maintain a fun and professional work environment for staff
• Lead the curriculum for your team and work directly with leadership to ensure the team is teaching the best classes
• Share knowledge of all programs and events offered
• Provide outstanding customer service and membership experience with a professional yet personal touch
• Assist the Gym Director by studying, maintaining, and assessing key business indicators to develop and grow the business in both enrollment and finances
• Handle office tasks including answering phone calls, texts, emails, Instaply, voicemail, and walk-in inquiries
• Maintain a clean and safe environment by cleaning equipment thoroughly

Qualifications

• Love having fun, giving high fives, and playing like a child
• Background in child development, physical education, and/or gymnastics is helpful
• A passion for serving others and making people feel good
• Comfortable working with children and their parents
• Ability to balance fun with getting work done

$24.00 - $26.00 per hour
