Who we are looking for
We are seeking a business leader with substantial commercial and operational experience who will own the complete lifecycle of large-scale programs ($10MM-$25MM+ annual revenue). The ideal candidate has proven experience managing complex engineering and manufacturing programs at multiple sites. They build relationships with customers and internal collaborators by showing results. They can influence and coordinate resources across organizational boundaries without direct authority. You should be comfortable making high-stakes decisions with incomplete information, navigating challenging customer situations, and building cohesive teams from diverse company resources.

What you bring to the Team
- A Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Engineering, Business, or a related field is required. An MBA or advanced degree is preferred.
- The candidate should have 8-15+ years of progressive experience in program management, operations, or business leadership roles.
- Proven track record managing P&Ls of $10-$25MM+ and coordinating complex activities across multiple locations or business units.
- Hands-on experience taking products from engineering through production at scale.
- Strong customer-facing skills with ability to navigate executive-level relationships.
- Experience in aerospace, defense, contract manufacturing, or similar high-reliability industries strongly preferred.
Education and/or Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or related technical field; MBA or advanced technical degree preferred
- 8-12 years of experience in general management, operations, or business management roles
- Proven track record managing complex programs involving both engineering and manufacturing across multiple organizations
- Experience with P&L responsibility for business units or programs of $10MM+ annual revenue
- Demonstrated success in customer-facing roles with demanding technical customers
- Experience in aerospace, defense, industrial manufacturing, or related industries preferred
Pay
The base salary range for this position is $151,436.00 – $252,393.00 per year. This range represents the Company’s good faith estimate of the base compensation for this role at the time of posting. Actual compensation will be determined based on several factors, including but not limited to relevant experience, skills, qualifications, internal equity, and geographic location. In addition to base salary, this role may be eligible for annual incentive compensation and/or long-term incentives, subject to Company plans.
