Qualifications
- Education: High School Diploma/Equivalent, Associate Degree in Early Childhood Education or a Related Field, Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood Education or a Related Field
- Experience: At least 3 years of experience in a preschool, childcare, or daycare, 1 year supervisory or leadership experience: supervising staff, managing operations, engaging with families and ensuring high-quality practices
- Certification: EEC Director 1 Certified
