Under general supervision, the Program Data & Implementation Specialist independently manages program-level data, reporting, and implementation support activities for the High Fidelity Wraparound (HFW) portfolio within the Human Services Center of Excellence (COE). This position serves as a primary liaison to county partners and is responsible for the administration, coordination, and maintenance of program-specific systems and reporting processes supporting HFW operations. The incumbent applies seasoned professional expertise to coordinate workflows, conduct and interpret data analyses, administer learning management and reporting systems, and support implementation activities to ensure program goals and contractual deliverables are met. Experience with LMS platforms including reporting, user support, and system administration.Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills and experience working with diverse groups of external stakeholders.Experience developing, analyzing, and implementing project plans, schedules, and evaluation processes.Ability to interpret state and federal contract requirements and apply them to program and reporting tasks. Ability to exercise discretion and judgment in handling sensitive information and communications.Advanced analytical skills to identify trends, interpret data, and generate actionable insights.
