Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and assess program operations for comprehensive early childhood services
- Ensure consistency across programming and compliance with funding source and regulatory agency requirements
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, or related field (or equivalent degree with 30 hours of coursework in Early Childhood or Child Development)
- One-year professional experience in administration of an early childhood education program preferred
- CLASS observer certification preferred
- Experience with operations monitoring, data aggregation, and analysis preferred
- Knowledge of Head Start and other agency rules and regulations preferred
- Previous experience with recruitment, staffing, and operations management preferred
- Experience working in an early childhood setting preferred

- Must meet all requirements of Illinois Department of Children and Family Services

Schedule
- 8:00 a.m. – 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday
- Flexibility is necessary to support the goals of the RPC Early Childhood Program
- Full-Time / 37.5 hours per week
Pay
Starting wage: $30.27 per hour
