Program Coordinator (TOP Clubhouse)

About the role

The Program Coordinator will work with the Program Director to ensure quality and integrity of the TOP Clubhouse program. They will be responsible for integrating services, staff support, and assuming overall leadership of the club house in the Program Director's absence.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the TOP Clubhouse program adheres to best practices and standards.
• Support the Program Director in managing the daily operations of the club house.
• Assume leadership responsibilities during the Program Director's absence.
• Integrate services and provide staff support to maintain the program's effectiveness.
• Work collaboratively with members, staff, and stakeholders to promote a positive and inclusive environment.
• Contribute to the development and implementation of new initiatives and improvements within the club house.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in a similar role or in human services.
• Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Experience with evidence-based models and mental health interventions.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with diverse populations.

Qualifications

• A bachelor’s degree in psychology, social work, human services, or a related field.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to pass a background check.

Skills

• Strong leadership and management skills.
• Knowledge of mental health disorders and recovery models.
• Ability to work effectively with individuals from diverse backgrounds.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Pay

$52,020 - $58,000 annually, commensurate with experience and additional qualifications.

Schedule

Monday through Friday, 9:00 am to 5:00 pm. Some weekends and evenings may be required.
