About the Role
The Facilitator RN is responsible for managing stroke care in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team. This role involves leadership in stroke care management, ensuring patient safety, and supporting clinical staff to deliver effective treatment in emergency situations.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate and facilitate all aspects of stroke care, including during and after Code White emergencies.
- Ensure delivery of high-quality patient care aligned with clinical pathways and evidence-based practices.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to optimize patient outcomes.
- Support the implementation of clinical protocols and monitor care quality.
Requirements
- Registered Nurse (RN) licensure.
- Strong knowledge of stroke management and emergency response protocols.
- Excellent communication and team collaboration skills.
- Ability to coordinate multidisciplinary efforts and ensure adherence to clinical standards.
