Responsibilities
- Oversee stroke program operations, compliance, and quality initiatives
- Coordinate care involving multidisciplinary teams
- Develop and update clinical standards and pathways
- Maintain data and ensure regulatory adherence for accreditation
- Support staff education and ongoing professional development
- Respond to emergency stroke cases and recognize care trends
Qualifications & Skills
- Current Illinois RN licensure
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing
- CPR certification (AHA)
- Preferred 3+ years of neuro/stroke RN experience
