About the role
Provides clinical and administrative leadership for the stroke program, overseeing operations, ensuring quality patient care, and maintaining regulatory compliance.
Responsibilities
- Coordinates stroke and neuroscience patient care
- Responds to Code Strokes
- Monitors care trends and develops standards and clinical pathways
- Ensures data collection for performance benchmarks
- Collaborates with multidisciplinary teams to deliver comprehensive education and care across the continuum
- Participates in staff training and program development
Requirements
- Illinois RN licensure
- Bachelor’s Degree
- CPR certification
Qualifications
Preferred: 3+ years of neuro or stroke RN experience.
