About the Role
Oversee and lead the stroke program, ensuring quality patient care and regulatory compliance. Coordinate clinical operations, develop standards of care, and monitor performance metrics. Respond to Code Strokes, identify care trends, and improve stroke/neurosciences care processes. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver comprehensive care and patient education. Participate in staff training and development to maintain high standards of knowledge and skills.

Requirements
- Illinois RN licensure
- Bachelor's Degree
- CPR certification
- Preferred 3+ years of neuro/stroke nursing experience
