About the Role
Oversee and lead the hospital's stroke program, ensuring quality patient care across the care continuum.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate clinical and administrative operations of the stroke program.
- Maintain regulatory accreditation for the stroke program.
- Respond to Code Strokes.
- Analyze care trends and develop standards and clinical pathways.
- Monitor compliance with stroke care guidelines.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.
- Support staff education and training.
Requirements
- Active Illinois RN licensure.
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or related field.
- AHA CPR certification.
- Preferred: 3+ years of experience in neuro/stroke care.
