Program Coordinator - RN - Stroke

About the Role

The Facilitator RN collaborates with the interdisciplinary team to manage and coordinate stroke care, ensuring high-quality patient outcomes. They oversee all aspects of stroke treatment, including during and after emergency responses like Code White, and are responsible for facilitating effective communication and clinical processes.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage stroke care delivery across the care team
• Facilitate communication during emergency events and post-acute phases
• Support adherence to clinical pathways and evidence-based practices
• Ensure compliance with hospital safety and quality standards
• Contribute to patient education and staff training initiatives

Requirements

• Registered Nurse licensure with current state license
• Experience in acute care, preferably in neurology or stroke units

Skills

• Strong communication, leadership, and interdisciplinary collaboration skills
• Knowledge of clinical pathways, emergency response protocols, and patient safety practices
• Ability to facilitate team coordination and manage complex workflows
