About the Role
The Facilitator RN collaborates with the interdisciplinary team to manage and coordinate stroke care, ensuring high-quality patient outcomes. They oversee all aspects of stroke treatment, including during and after emergency responses like Code White, and are responsible for facilitating effective communication and clinical processes.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate and manage stroke care delivery across the care team
- Facilitate communication during emergency events and post-acute phases
- Support adherence to clinical pathways and evidence-based practices
- Ensure compliance with hospital safety and quality standards
- Contribute to patient education and staff training initiatives
Requirements
- Registered Nurse licensure with current state license
- Experience in acute care, preferably in neurology or stroke units
Skills
- Strong communication, leadership, and interdisciplinary collaboration skills
- Knowledge of clinical pathways, emergency response protocols, and patient safety practices
- Ability to facilitate team coordination and manage complex workflows
