Job Responsibilities

  • Knowledge of regulations, policies, and procedures applicable to the area of employment.
  • Ability to exercise sound judgment and discretion.
  • Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing.
  • Knowledge of each ISR Module (Infrastructure, Performance, Costing and Mission Capacity).
  • Knowledgeable of the feeder systems in which ISR receives data from (GFEBS, HQIIS, PRIDE, ASIP, AEWRS, SWARWEB) and other Army databases of record.
  • Must possess the ability to explain issues in a manner easily understood by personnel not familiar with ISR.
  • Manage the ISR Program (Infrastructure, Performance, Costing and Mission Capacity).
  • Be knowledgeable of each ISR module.
  • Establish and improve methods of data collection, data capture, quality control and follow-up on discrepancies.
  • Responsible for the accuracy, quality and timeliness of all ISR required submissions.
  • Recommend policy changes to improve and enhance the ISR process and reporting.
  • Serve as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for all modules of the ISR Program.
  • Serve as the ISR Program Administrator.
  • Maintain line of communications with NGB ISR POCs and State ISR POCs.
  • Responsible for disseminating new or updated requirements ISR Information.
  • Demonstrates a thorough knowledge of each ISR program.
  • Maintains an active list of all ISR users (NGB & State).
  • Disseminates new or update policy requirements to ISR POCs in a timely manner.

Minimum And Additional Requirements

  • A high school diploma and relevant program experience.

Additional Comments

  • Must possess a valid South Carolina Drivers' License and successfully complete the Agency's AAA driver safety course.
  • Some overnight travel may be required.
