Job Responsibilities
- Knowledge of regulations, policies, and procedures applicable to the area of employment.
- Ability to exercise sound judgment and discretion.
- Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing.
- Knowledge of each ISR Module (Infrastructure, Performance, Costing and Mission Capacity).
- Knowledgeable of the feeder systems in which ISR receives data from (GFEBS, HQIIS, PRIDE, ASIP, AEWRS, SWARWEB) and other Army databases of record.
- Must possess the ability to explain issues in a manner easily understood by personnel not familiar with ISR.
- Manage the ISR Program (Infrastructure, Performance, Costing and Mission Capacity).
- Be knowledgeable of each ISR module.
- Establish and improve methods of data collection, data capture, quality control and follow-up on discrepancies.
- Responsible for the accuracy, quality and timeliness of all ISR required submissions.
- Recommend policy changes to improve and enhance the ISR process and reporting.
- Serve as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for all modules of the ISR Program.
- Serve as the ISR Program Administrator.
- Maintain line of communications with NGB ISR POCs and State ISR POCs.
- Responsible for disseminating new or updated requirements ISR Information.
- Demonstrates a thorough knowledge of each ISR program.
- Maintains an active list of all ISR users (NGB & State).
- Disseminates new or update policy requirements to ISR POCs in a timely manner.
Minimum And Additional Requirements
- A high school diploma and relevant program experience.
Additional Comments
- Must possess a valid South Carolina Drivers' License and successfully complete the Agency's AAA driver safety course.
- Some overnight travel may be required.
