About the role

The Program Coordinator II coordinates activities for a specific complex program or group of programs in a specialty or functional area. Responsibilities include scheduling, communication coordination, data management, document preparation, and process improvement. This role collaborates with the Program Manager, program staff, and stakeholders to implement program objectives, support identified goals, and drive continuous improvement. The position ensures effective communication among stakeholders and program staff, manages data on program effectiveness, and facilitates the deployment of the program’s strategy to optimize effectiveness. The role also coordinates the execution of initiatives essential for program success.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate scheduling, communication, data management, and document preparation for complex programs.
• Collaborate with the Program Manager, program staff, and stakeholders to implement program objectives and support continuous improvement.
• Ensure effective communication among stakeholders and program staff.
• Manage data on program effectiveness.
• Facilitate the deployment of the program’s strategy, implementing solutions to optimize effectiveness.
• Coordinate the execution of initiatives critical to program success.
• Convene and facilitate dialogue with multiple and diverse stakeholders.
• Draft, edit, and develop communications and reports.
• Perform data analysis and data entry.

Requirements

• Two (2) years of college coursework in Business, Healthcare, Human Services, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Three (3) years of program coordination support experience, including at least one year of experience organizing multiple projects through to completion.
• Successful track record convening and facilitating dialogue with multiple and diverse stakeholders.
• Experience with drafting, editing, and developing communications and/or reports.
• Experience with data analysis and data entry.

Qualifications

• Preferred Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Project Management, Marketing, Human Services, or a related field.
• Experience working in public health, healthcare, or social services.
• Experience working on continuous process improvement projects and understanding of lean methodology.

Pay

$29.16 - $43.73 per hour (based on full-time employment of 2,080 hours per calendar year). Offers are determined by multiple factors, including equity, skills, experience, and expertise, and may vary within the range provided.
