Job Duties

  • Project Management: Collaborate with stakeholders to create operational and project plans, monitor progress, and present feedback to leadership.
  • Operational/Administrative Planning: Conduct needs assessments, manage procurement, organize events, and develop contingency plans.
  • Performance/Financial Management: Develop and maintain KPIs, prepare financial analyses, and collaborate with finance departments to ensure accurate projections and reports.
  • Special Projects: Support special projects and attend meetings as needed.

Minimum Requirements

  • A bachelor's degree and two years of relevant program experience.

  • Ability to determine distance/relationship between objects; depth perception (frequent).
  • Good peripheral vision capabilities (continuous).
  • Ability to maintain hearing acuity, with correction (continuous).
  • Ability to perform gross motor functions with frequent fine motor movements (frequent).
