Job Duties

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to create operational and project plans leading to NBHI3 growth and sustainability.
  • Serve as primary liaison to facilitate collaboration and resolve operational issues across multiple Departments, ICCE, and Colleges.
  • Maintain effective communication and provide feedback to NBHI3 leadership on the status of operational/project plans.
  • Provide recommendations for operational improvements to leadership.
  • Assist in supporting Finance, Human Resources, and other essential functions.
  • Track project milestones, deliverables, and performance metrics to ensure goals are met.
  • Prepare executive-level presentations for NBHI3 leadership, including crafting professional PowerPoint presentations and drafting of communications documents.

Operational/Administrative Planning

  • Conduct needs assessment and analyses to determine prioritization and impact of various initiatives.
  • Oversee procurement of supplies and equipment.
  • Organize workshops, seminars, town halls, and other large-scale events.
  • Manage all meeting and event logistics, including venue selection, materials preparation, guest speaker arrangements, and participant engagement.
  • Serve as a Proxy for all NBHI3 related meetings, as needed.

Performance/Financial Management

  • Participate in the development of financial/operational Key Performance Indicators (“KPIs”).
  • Develop, supervise, and/or coordinate preparation, maintenance, and execution of all analyses on the performance of KPIs.
  • Support operational change with known KPI’s and course corrections.
  • Ensure the integrity/credibility of all analyses presented that drive operational scopes of work and approved projects.
  • Work closely with NBHI3 Leadership to develop realistic projections and plans to ensure optimal performance across all NBHI3 domains.
  • Collaborate with Finance & Accounting departments and other appropriate resources to project accurate budgets each fiscal year, and other times when adjustments are required.
  • Identify performance variances and recommend remedial actions.
  • Work with leadership on budget to actual reports.
  • Prepare annual budget and progress reports for center of excellence and strategic group leaders.
  • Track and manage expenses across entities and departments are accounted for accurately and funded from the correct source.

Special Projects and Other Duties

  • Maintain, modify, and develop systems to track data and results.
  • Source relevant materials or software to support long-term goals of leaders.
  • Participate in administration work groups, as requested, as well as other meetings related to I3.
