Responsible for implementing college readiness systems support through high quality Culturally Responsive Education (CRE) College Readiness Assessment resources.

What You'll Do

  • Supports the implementation of postsecondary program(s) across schools in partnership with the team;
  • Provides support to staff at designated sites in relationship to program practices;
  • Supports program implementation leads, school leadership and/or Instructional Leadership Team (ILT) across designated sites through attendance at related events, co-planning and/or co-facilitation of professional learning, data collection, analysis, and other tasks;
  • Led and cultivates a deeper understanding of and investment in program practices in rigorous course equity for every student;
  • Aids in the development of District-wide rigorous course systems and procedures;
  • Works with school leaders and contracted partners to effectively create and communicate school level goals, program outcomes and other current strategies;
  • Partners and collaborates with other teams and outside consultants to execute program guidelines;
  • Serves as a liaison between the team and designated program sites and partners;
  • Captures and analyzes qualitative and quantitative data on resources and professional learning to continuously improve college readiness strategy;
  • Manages internal and external communication regarding concurrent enrollment and post-secondary assessments to ensure consistency in messaging;
  • Plans, implements and evaluates strategies to continuously assess and monitor rigorous course equity opportunities, and provides recommendations for and implements improvement of systems and structures;
  • Represents team on regional and statewide initiatives as appropriate.
