Program Coordinator – Child Care Scholarships

Responsibilities
- Primary point of contact for child care providers
- Monitor child care provider-related inquiries
- Review and resolve high-risk matters related to child care scholarships
- Ensure consistent application of policies and procedures of child care providers
Key Qualifications
- Excellent interpersonal communication and relationship-building skills
- Ability to coordinate and communicate with other team members and external partners
- Ability to perform and complex tasks within required deadline
- Experience in contracts and performance management
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in an applicable academic discipline or related field of study
- 3 years of experience with local government, nonprofit programs, schools, or in job-related duties
- Experience with local government funding and contract management
