Responsibilities

  • Answer child care calls and emails from various stakeholders
  • Auxiliary with outreach to families and providers
  • Auxiliary with various projects related to child care scholarships
  • Auxiliary with day to day departmental tasks
  • Order and maintain office supply inventory
  • Schedule meetings for external guests
  • Greet visitors and vendors
  • Auxiliary with onboarding of new staff

Key Qualifications

  • Experience in creating PowerPoints
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks at once
  • Problem-solving capabilities

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in an applicable academic discipline or related field of study
  • 3 years of experience working with local government, nonprofit programs, school, or in job-related duties
