About the role
The Program Coordinator, CGC Signature Series will aid and assist in the coordination of Facilitator events, manage travel and lodging for artists/creators and witness staff, coordinate contracts for meeting spaces and signings, and communicate with Human Resources regarding travel and employee event participation.
Responsibilities
- Aiding and assisting in the coordination of Facilitator events, requests, applications, inquiries, and issues
- Booking flights and hotels for artist/creators and witness staff
- Coordinating and signing contracts for meeting spaces and signings
- Communicating with Human Resources travel, and employee event participation, and updating sheets and detailed itineraries for events
- Managing all travel logistics for signings and shows
- Capturing and processing customer applications and payment information
- Locating Facilitators and witnesses to support programs and events
- Coordinating and maintaining program/event communications, including emails, online media, and artist accounts
- Regularly communicating program updates, needs, and other matters to management teams
Requirements
- A High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Able to travel, overnight stays at destinations are often required
- Available to work overtime hours as business needs present
- Exceptional time management, organization, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communications skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- A superior customer and service-driven individual
- Strong detail-oriented and focused
